VORTAL in the IV European Congress of Local Governments: The green procurement in VORTAL´s vision

The IV European Congress of Local Governments will take place in Krakow, Poland, during two days (26th and 27th of April).

In this important event the organization expect to have 2000 participants from all over the Europe, to discuss the most important questions that local governments face in the next few years with the new legislation of Public Procurement.

João Pereira, VP Business Development & Alliances, will present VORTAL´s vision about how electronic procurement platforms can contribute to green procurement and how public entities can take advantage of it.
