The third Public Procurement Report by the World Bank Group is now available.
An unprecedented benchmarking exercise, covering 180 economies, which presents comparable and feasible data on public procurement regulatory systems.
The results of the report are defined within two pillars:
– The procurement process, from the evaluation of needs to the implementation of the contract;
– Mechanisms for reviewing complaints.
The report considers that further progress is still needed on public procurement rules and practices to align with government efforts to improve efficiency in delivering better services to its citizens.
We invite you to take a look at the full report available online.
