The Institute for Public-Private Partnership was founded in 2008 with a mission to bridge the gap between theory and practice in the field of public-private partnerships and public procurement. Today, they are among the top three consulting companies in public-procurement in Slovenia.
They entered into a strategic partnership with VORTAL to bring a best-of-breed platform to Slovenia and to demonstrate that e-procurement is the right tool to achieve not only value-for-money but also to enhance cross-border procurement, which was the initial objective for introduction of public procurement into the EU system.
