The City Council of Tres Cantos has started the transformation of its contracting system with a joint solution of Add4U and VORTAL that allows the digitization of the complete procurement process.
VORTAL will implement its eTendering platform that allows the online presentation and award of the offers. While Add4U will implement the pre- and post-tender phases.
